I was trying to activate my Cricket on regular montly instead of Cricket paygo.You can't get a representative on the phone.

Verizon or At&t does have that problem, even if you are not a customer. They give you the run around as though they are going to activate you on the regular monthly. Then the automation says: I'm sorry you have to go to your local cricket store. What if you can't get around for one reason or another.

People are sick and can't wait in those long lines. If I have a debit or credit card. What's the problem? I have tried and tried to do this over the phone and it's same song and dance.

Cricket is huge. What are they afraid of? Losing money? They really need to fix this!

It's sad how Cricket takes advandage of those to can't get around.
